Built using Articulate 360 and Synthesia, this sample interactive self-paced learning module is one of a suite to enable business owners and data analysts to make decisions about new workflows and reports.

Matrixed Curriculum Designed for Ease & Precision

We planned to house this curriculum in Confluence for easy access to its one-page modules. Each page is developed in an authoring tool called Parta. They are organized into functional areas (vertical list) and purposes (horizontal) list, much like playing cards fall into suits & numbers.

Each one-page topic may be combined into a role-specific training (see below) or to use as just-in-time refreshers.

The matrix curriculum design & modularity keeps maintenance easy. It also facilitates the creation of new courses, as you may easily layer modules atop existing ones in a group to add depth or complexity to a curriculum. The reverse is also true, whereby removing a module from a course lightens the course.

Making Adoption Easy

These projects were created to provide a nimble way of ramping up new consultants without using desk-time or client-facing time (AKA billable time). As this training is done on a mobile phone, it can be completed anytime, anywhere. Still, teams can be managed together and unified through gamification and leaderboards. It works for executives, too; this is a fast way for them to come up to speed on products being implemented for their companies.

This job aid was created for a high school Speech & Debate organization. It is for novice volunteer parent judges to reference during tournaments.

Centralized Hub for Adoption & Seamless Transition

We built this page in Confluence to unify teams & consolidate information for a core system transformation project. This gave us control over communication & eliminated confusion.

Discovery revealed four areas of training, Foundational, Data, Tools & advanced actions, for which we created the Micro-Video Library system. The training courses for each category are listed in the top sections. By expanding a course title, employees could read about it & click the ENROLL button to sign up for the course in the LMS.

On the bottoms of each catagory are links to internal landing pages, job aids, FAQs & other material that were consolidated into a central location to avoid being duplicated.
